I believe that we all have access to an ultimate source of creation. It doesn’t matter what our current circumstances are, we can always access this source. We can use this source of creation to create something completely new or to improve what we already know. This source is a key component in problem solving.
What are the symptoms of a creative individual?
- Daydreaming – Creative individuals allow themselves to have daydreams. Many great ideas are born there.
- Always doing something – They are always working on something.
- Always trying something new – and they are unafraid to try it!
- Stands out – Creative individual always stands out from the crowd for the obvious reason. They are energetic and always find some new perspective on things.
- Value creating individuals – They create values for them self and others.
Preparing
Here are some ideas on how to get into a creative mood
- Take a cold shower. Maybe not ice-cold, just little above warm. Gets your blood running and makes you feel great.
- Dance. Try to dance like a lunatic to inspiring music. Fantastic way to exercise and to loosen up.
- Read a book – Depending on what you want to do, if you want to write, read a book in your niche, if you want to paint read an art book etc.
How can you be creative?
This has been working out great for me.
- Don’t be afraid to try something new – Whenever you get the chance to try something new, do it! You never know what it might lead to.
- Look at your surroundings – it can give you some great ideas for creation. For example recently I saw a picture of my son and my mother and it was a great inspiration to go painting.
- Don’t listen too much to negative people – Take in the criticism that you can use and throw the rest away. People have a right to their opinion but that does not mean that they are necessarily right.
- Research – When you get an idea, do some research on that topic.
- Don’t refuse any ideas – Let your mind go free – Whatever comes up in your mind, give it a chance. You just might be on the road to a great idea.
Ask yourself the following questions; what do I love to do? What is my passion? The answer doesn’t always come to you right away, but that’s quite alright because there’s no rush. Be patient with yourself and keep those questions at the back of your mind as you go about your day. If many answers come to your mind, that’s wonderful! Then start doing some of it and you’ll soon find out if that is in fact your passion. If it doesn’t work out don´t give up right away, sometimes we need to cross barriers and have courage to reap the benefits of creativity. If you give it a go and it still doesn´t feel right then do what feels right because when we are in sync with our creativity the flow of ideas is endless.

Exercise – do regular exercise that you like, or better yet, love doing. Remember that a healthy body strength, flexibility and stamina from cardiovascular exercise.
Healthy food and nutrition – This one is a passion of mine. The keyword here is to keep it pure and simple. I would recommend throwing out food that has been processed a lot. Like ham, salami, white wheat and sugar. This may seem impossible for some but it’s incredible what fresh food will do for you and your health. There are so many things out there that are fresh and nutritious some things you will love but other not, don’t give up if the first healthy thing you taste is disgusting. People have different taste pallets and you will find something that fits yours. A good first step is to increase the healthy stuff you eat and soon some of the unhealthy stuff will disappear automatically. Continue reading Five ways to effect your health in a positive way

Honesty is a good quality to have. And perhaps one of the best qualities that one can have. Honesty is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship between two individuals. It can make the relationship evolve and grow to deeper levels. In my mind there are two ways honesty manifests. One is in action and secondly in thought. Continue reading Honesty

Every once in a while someone close to us feel down. This, of course, has an impact on us and that is our duty to help in any way that we can. There are a lot of ways to cheer up people and help them to get in a good mood. I try to use three ways that have been useful to me in life. They are:
Being present – Time is the most precious thing that we can give. It usually helps the one that is sad to know that someone loves him or her enough to give his time.
Listen – To sincerely listen is also a valuable gift. Let go of all thoughts about giving advice. Because often when we are giving advice (usually meaning well) the outcome is that we are putting the one down. Just listen with your heart!
Compliment – A little compliment can do miracles. It usually helps the one that’s feeling sad to see a little light in their life and also to see his or her qualities rather than the defects.

To be in harmony with the life-flow is a wonderful feeling. Everything in your life seems to work out for you. The people you meet are polite, amazing coincidences happen and what matters the most, you fell great! I aim to be in this life-state as much as I can. Of course there are days where you don’t seem to find this harmony and you have to count to 10 about 1000 times over the day. But fortunately these days are rare.
How do go about being in this wonderful life-state? It probably differs from one person to another but I have marked some signs witch I use to see where I’m at.
The symptoms of being unsynchronized with the flow:
- Anxiety or unhappiness over things that “may happen”
- Frustration over things aren’t working out as planned or not as fast as you would like
- Mind-block
- You are vulnerable over your circumstance
These are some of the symptoms I notice when I’m not in tune with the life-flow. When I notice this I look at what I’m doing. Why do I feel this way? Good thing to do here is to stop what you’re doing, stay silent and listen to my inner voice. With those ways I usually get back into the now and find out what’s bothering me. Let’s look at the symptoms of being in harmony with the life-flow.
The symptoms of being in harmony with the life-flow:
- The feeling of security about the future
- Fail-proof mindset. That is looking at “mistakes” as some to learn from and just something that happens on your way to happiness.
- Tranquility
- Ideas just keep popping up to your mind
These are the signs I look after in my everyday life, and when I find something that I believe that’s stopping from being in tune with the life-flow, I act on it!
Have a harmonious day!
