Exercise – do regular exercise that you like, or better yet, love doing. Remember that a healthy body strength, flexibility and stamina from cardiovascular exercise.
Healthy food and nutrition – This one is a passion of mine. The keyword here is to keep it pure and simple. I would recommend throwing out food that has been processed a lot. Like ham, salami, white wheat and sugar. This may seem impossible for some but it’s incredible what fresh food will do for you and your health. There are so many things out there that are fresh and nutritious some things you will love but other not, don’t give up if the first healthy thing you taste is disgusting. People have different taste pallets and you will find something that fits yours. A good first step is to increase the healthy stuff you eat and soon some of the unhealthy stuff will disappear automatically.
Breathing – We cannot live long without breathing. We need oxygen for the body to function. Breathe fresh air as often as you can. Learn to control this source of energy with pranayama yoga breathing exercises.
Relaxation and resting – A little stress can be motivating and can keep you focused. Relaxation is a good way to get rid of cumulative stress. Too much stress makes you feel bad and can lead to diseases like for example ulcer. If you relax after going to the gym the muscles the body gets time to alter according to the exercise and you get better results. A good night’s sleep is incredibly important new parents realize this when they have to wake up during the night with their new baby. People that don´t get enough sleep for a long time are more likely to get depressed and anxious.
Positive thinking and meditation – Negativity has a bad impact on the body. Research from Japan has shown that words and thoughts affect water they call it Hidden messages form water. Positive thoughts and words affect the water in a different manner than the negative ones.
The human body is about 60% water, what does that tell us? Stay positive and keep positive and constructive people around you. I don’t feel the solution is to flee negativity but to see the positive side of everything (and there is always a positive side). If someone is negative around you give it a shot try to show compassion and inspire them with a positive solution or thought instead of running away. But don´t stick around for too long if the person is determined to stay negative than you might be the one who changes from positive to negative.

I appreciate you sharing this blog post.Much thanks again. Really Cool.
Can I make a suggestion? I think youve got something good here. But what if you added a couple links to a page that backs up what youre saying? Or maybe you could give us something to look at, something that would connect what youre saying to something tangible? Just a suggestion.
That is some inspirational stuff. Never knew that opinions could be this varied. Thanks for all the enthusiasm to offer such helpful information here.
