Five ways to effect your health in a positive way

Exercise – do regular exercise that you like, or better yet, love doing. Remember that a healthy body strength, flexibility and stamina from cardiovascular exercise.

Healthy food and nutrition – This one is a passion of mine. The keyword here is to keep it pure and simple. I would recommend throwing out food that has been processed a lot. Like ham, salami, white wheat and sugar. This may seem impossible for some but it’s incredible what fresh food will do for you and your health. There are so many things out there that are fresh and nutritious some things you will love but other not, don’t give up if the first healthy thing you taste is disgusting. People have different taste pallets and you will find something that fits yours.
