Hello, I do not normally post feedback on websites, as I prefer to read only. However I find the article that you have written earlier has very insightful information, and I discover it very informational. I was searching on Google for goal setting & anger management findings & found your unique website. Could you post something the same insightful on how set goals for work? Thanks. Rodolfo Cohens

All too often, people are told that emotions such as anger, jealousy, lust, etc. are negative or "bad" emotions. We're also told that crying is wrong, especially for males. The truth of the matter is that emotions themselves are never wrong; it is the behavior we use to express our emotions that can be dangerous. We as a society need to be careful how we teach our children about emotions. It may be easier to teach them that anger is bad, jealousy is bad, greed is bad. However, we run the risk of raising children who don't know how to express themselves safely and appropriately and who will continue to hold in their "bad" emotions until they no longer can. And not only might they hold in their "bad" emotions, they may also hold back all emotions, regardless of how those emotions are perceived by society. The more we learn, and teach others, to properly express emotion, the less likely we are to create a world of desensitized, robot-like people.

Anger is just another emotion. If you want to be more human, first feel and then think.
